Membership Lottery Terms and Conditions
Prize(s)
First prize is a monetary value determined by the most expensive membership booked - this can be within a family group
For example: Parent plays senior cricket, junior in U11's - most expensive is senior membership - prize is the senior membership fee
A range of other prizes may be available at the time of the draw - initially this will be a second and third prize of T20 blast tickets and afternoon tea at Beefys (respectively)
Terms of the additional prizes are specific to the provider - details of which (and restrictions) will be shared ASAP
Eligibility
You will receive 1 entry for every £10 donated to the crowdfunder - only those who record their details will be entered (as we cannot identify anonymous donations).
Payment
Payment of prizes will only be made against a fully committed membership (this means a form has been completed, and either full payment made or payment plan committed to)
No payments will be made against memberships that are not already committed
This does not mean you need to be a member at time of entry - simply you need to have committed prior to a prize being paid, should you be the lucky winner in the draw
Payment method
Payment of prizes will depend on the status of membership payments at the time
If a membership has been paid in full then a cash amount matching that will be paid
If part payment has been received (payment plans) then the value paid in cash will match payments already received - with future instalments cancelled
