Sarisbury Athletic Cricket Club

We are a traditional cricket club with a proud history, managed and run by a fantastic team of volunteers all year round. Find out a little more about our club below.

What are we all about?

Founded in 1932, Sarisbury Athletic Cricket Club (SACC), based along the A27 outside Southampton, has grown to become one of the largest cricket clubs in the Southern Premier and Hampshire Leagues! A big club with a small-club feel, family-orientated and with a team to suit everybody and all levels of ability, why look anywhere else for a place to call your cricketing home?

With 6 Adult league teams, including our Womens W10 side, we welcome players of any standard to our home grounds at Allotment Road (also known as

The Hollow); Sarisbury Green and Stubbington Rec.

Our first team play in the Southern Premier League Division One. Our other teams play in the Hampshire Cricket League, in Division 3 South (2nds); Division 5 Central (3rds); Division 6 Central (4ths and 5ths).

We have a massive youth/kids section (called the 'Colts') with teams playing at U9, U11, U13, and U15 levels. The Colts teams are run by our dedicated Colts managers and supported by our own ECB qualified coaches and of course a number of willing volunteers.

During the winter, net sessions are run every week at The Ageas Bowl in Hedge End, the home of Hampshire Cricket and is a great opportunity for new members to come along and try out. For details of our nets training please contact us.

We also run adult teams in various indoor competitions from late September through to March.
