Welcome to Sarisbury Athletic Cricket Club
It's all about the cricket
Sarisbury Athletic Cricket Club (SACC) based along the A27 outside Southampton is definitely a club on the up! A big club with a small-club feel, family-orientated and with a team to suit everybody and all levels of ability, why look anywhere else for a place to call your cricketing home?
With 6 Adult league teams last season in 2019, including our Womens W10 side, we welcome players of any standard to our home grounds at Allotment Road (also known as "The Hollow"); Sarisbury Green and Stubbington Rec.
Our first team play in the Southern Premier League Division One. Our other teams play in the Hampshire Cricket League, in County Division 2 (2nds); County Division 4 South (3rds); Regional Division 2 Central (4ths); and Regional Division 2 South east (5ths).
If league cricket isn't your thing then we also play Friendly matches some Sundays and occasionally during the summer evenings.
We have a massive youth/kids section (called the Colts) with teams playing at U9, U11, U13, U15, U17 and U19 levels. The Colts teams are run by our own ECB qualified coaches and of course a number of willing volunteers.
During the winter, net sessions are run every week at The Ageas Bowl in Hedge End, the home of Hampshire Cricket and is a great opportunity for new members to come along and try out. For details of our nets training please contact us.
We also run adult and colts teams in various indoor competitions from late September through to March.
